The role
In this central position, you will actively contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust quality management system. This includes implementing policies and processes that enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks and establish a secure and compliant environment. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring strict adherence to all relevant regulations and standards, including but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001.

Specific responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Collaborating in developing and maintaining a quality management system for atNorth in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Participating in the overall policies and procedures necessary for the data center operations, both locally and globally. This includes creating and updating policies, procedures and protocols in Operations.
• Responsible to register assets, create maintenance schedules and follow up on incidents and more in atNorth´s internal systems.
• Conduct and/​or participate in regular internal and external audits.
• Conduct and/​or participate in risk assessments and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop training material and participate in internal safetyand security training so employees are properly trained and adhere to security protocols.
• Contribute to fulfil atNorth´s operational goals (OKRs).
• Provide support for administration documents in the operation of the SWE Operations office.
• Provide financial support within the area of Operations, i.e. budget forecast, follow up thereof and more.
• Monitor customers’ agreements and pricing.

You will report to the Director of Security and Compliance and will be based at the Akalla site. The successful candidate will be expected to travel frequently within the Nordic region. There is also the possibility of remote work in the form of a hybrid solution.

Skills and experience

Critical Behavioural competencies:

• Relevant education and experience in implementing ISO controls and participating in audit work. 
• Project management experience is also considered a merit.
• Can proactively take charge and have initiative.
• Maintain a sense of structure and be adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Commitment to your responsibilities and collaborate effectively within the team.

Required Technical competencies:

• Experience working with and adhering to ISO standards. 
• Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Swedish.

Likely career background:

• Experience in a similar position within a data center or manufacturing industry.

Likely Educational Background:

Degree in relative subject
