Janne Sigurdsson joined atNorth in 2025, bringing decades of experience in strategic operations, sustainability, and global compliance to her role as Chief Sustainability and Compliance Officer at atNorth. Leading atNorth’s sustainability, HSE, IT and compliance strategies, she is responsible for aligning business operations to its commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Prior to joining atNorth, Janne spent eight years at Marel, culminating in her role as Vice President of Supply Chain. Janne holds a master’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Aalborg University in Denmark. She lives with her family in Denmark and speaks fluent Danish, Icelandic, and English.

Anna joined atNorth in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in business strategy and global leadership to the team. As Chief Development Officer, Anna leads the strategic management of atNorth‘s development and property portfolio, with specific focus on site selection, expansion of existing sites, plus new facilities across the Nordics.

Prior to atNorth, Anna spent eight years at Marel in director and executive level positions. An experienced board member and frequent speaker, she has served as an executive leader for numerous years, leading cross-organizational operations and strategy implementation globally.

Erling joined atNorth’s executive team in 2023 bringing 25 years of experience in the telecom and IT industries across Europe. An award winning and inspirational leader, he is renowned for maintaining high professional standards and progressing high-performance teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Before joining atNorth, he served as the CEO of Reykjavik Fibre/​Ljósleiðarinn, where his leadership left a lasting impact. His vast experience and unique skill set promotes operational excellence and drives the continued growth and success of the company.

Anders joined atNorth as CSO in 2023. A business-minded, entrepreneurial leader, with broad sales experience from IT and BPO services plus ERP. He values the importance of earning trust for building successful organizations and business relationships. He has gained extended leadership experience in CEO, MD and CSO roles in companies like ECO DC, Azets, Visma and Steria.

Fredrik joined atNorth executive team in 2023, with 20 years of experience in IT Services and DCs including several executive positions at DigiPlex, STACK and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A winner of over 50 awards for excellence, he is passionate about strategy and transformation initiatives that underpin continued rapid growth. Fredrik is widely quoted in both Nordic and International media on topics ranging from digitalization and sustainability and the data centers role in society to brand building and company transformation in a fast paced global environment.

Eva joined atNorth in 2021 with a wealth of valuable senior management experience crafted both in the banking industry as well as vast experience as a board member at establishments such as Landsbankinn, Skeljungur (Shell) and Advania in Iceland.

Previously the CFO of Icelandair, CFO/COO of Advania, Eva brings business strategy, corporate management skills and personal values which strongly align with atNorth.

Magnús joined atNorth in 2018. Before joining atNorth, Magnús was the Managing Director at Advania for almost 8 years and the board chairman at Iceland Datacenter. He has been instrumental in developing and progressing the business since its inception and is widely quoted in the media as a leading figure in the Nordic data center industry. He aims to create a decarbonizing platform for high-density IT workloads by operating data centers throughout the Nordics.
