August 2025 atNorth enhances strategic partnership with Advania News About us HPC Home Insights News atNorth enhances strategic partnership with Advania The data center business is selling its HPCaaS platform, Gompute, to Advania enabling both businesses to enhance their core service offerings.atNorth, the leading Nordic high-density colocation and built-to-suit data center provider, has announced the sale of its High-Performance Computing as a Service platform, Gompute, to IT services business Advania. The acquisition is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.Advania is one of atNorth’s long standing customers, with workloads hosted in multiple regions and sites. Originally located at atNorth’s ICE01 site in Reykjavík, Iceland, Advania has expanded its footprint across Sweden, Finland and most recently to atNorth’s ICE03 data center, in Akureyri, Iceland. Advania and atNorth are both scaling rapidly, with the former reporting strong growth and expansion in 2024.
