To do this, we must understand their concerns and needs by engaging with and contributing to the local communities where we operate or expect to operate. atNorth Community Engagement Framework Our Community Engagement Framework is built on recognized international principles for responsible business conduct and sustainable development, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, OECD Guidelines and the Future-Fit Framework. It ensures atNorth not only complies with global expectations but also collaborate with local communities and proactively contribute to their well-being and align with planetary boundaries and social foundations. Our goal is to implement sustainable or restorative projects in local communities, targeting at least five project per country where we have physical presence in the form of a site or office.
