HPC Sales Manager

About the role
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey, driving new sales and revenue expansion in targeted customer segments and geographic territories. Your role is not just about meeting sales targets; it’s about crafting and executing strategies that redefine success for our customers-

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and third-party vendors.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Negotiate complex agreements and close deals, maximizing profitability
  • Ensure adherence to data center industry regulations, security standards, and ethical practices
  • Be the company’s ambassador, representing its values to build awareness and pipeline.

About you

We should have several years of experience from a similar role and are used to the travelling and the everchanging market and the opportunities and challenges it brings. 

Profile about you about the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or more, in engineering or computer science.
  • A few years of hands-on experience in Computed Aided Engineering (CAE), High Performance Computing or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of Product Design processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Fluent in English; German and French proficiency is a great plus
