Initial hiring has already begun, with a team in place to support the first phase of operations. According to atNorth Finland’s COO, Taina Ahti-Aalto, the first phase will employ around 60 people, with roles spanning leadership, electrical engineering, and energy expertise. Over time, the wider campus is expected to create approximately 200 jobs, contributing to local economic growth and skills development. The project reflects continued investment in digital infrastructure in the region, alongside growing demand for data center capacity.
