Inside 6G AI Sweden’s partnership with atNorth to build secure, sovereign, and sustainable AI infrastructure for the future

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape industries, organizations are facing increasing pressure to balance innovation with security, sovereignty, and sustainability. For businesses, research institutions, and public sector organizations, where data is stored and processed has become just as important as performance itself.

To address this challenge, 6G AI Sweden set out to build a national AI cloud platform designed to provide sovereign, high-performance AI infrastructure while ensuring data remains within Swedish jurisdiction. To bring this vision to life, the company partnered with atNorth and selected the SWE01 data center in Stockholm as the foundation for its next-generation AI platform.

Partnering with atNorth offers us a foundation from which to build and scale our platform while still delivering consistent, high-quality performance with the security, sovereignty, and control required today.
