Camilla O’Leary, Director of Client Management, atNorth, has been appointed Co-Chair of Infrastructure Masons’ iMWomen initiative in EMEA.

The initiative supports the visibility, participation, and career development of women across the digital infrastructure sector through mentorship, education, and leadership opportunities. Camilla has been involved with iMWomen for several years and will now help shape its strategic direction and strengthen partnerships across the region.

The appointment comes as the industry continues to face a growing need for skilled talent. Supporting stronger career pathways and broader participation is becoming increasingly important as digital infrastructure expands across Europe.
